About this program
The Healthcare Quality Improvement Collaborative brings together multidisciplinary teams from health facilities to test, measure, and scale improvements that reduce preventable harm. Through short improvement cycles, coaching, shared measurement, and peer learning, participating facilities focus on priority safety challenges — for example, medication safety, infection prevention, maternal-newborn safety, and referral reliability. The Collaborative supports local data use, simple checklists and protocols, and leadership engagement so small changes translate into sustained, measurable gains for patients.
