About this program
We should not only speak on behalf of patients; we should also produce credible evidence about what patients experience in healthcare settings. We conduct baseline assessments, patient experience surveys, case documentation, community scorecards, policy analysis, and research partnerships with academic institutions, all guided by consent, confidentiality, anonymization, safeguarding, and ethical data-use principles.
