A strong mission can fail if the organization behind it lacks reliable governance, financial controls, safeguarding systems, and monitoring capacity. We prioritize sound governance, internal policies, annual planning, volunteer management, safeguarding, data protection, communications, fundraising, and monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, so that PSA remains a credible, compliant, and sustainable organization capable of protecting community trust.
